WORK EXPERIENCE
Designer and Technical Marketing Writer
InfoProse
December 2008 – Present
I'm a designer, writer, magazine editor, social media consultant and marketing consultant for some of the best clients in the world. In my capacity as Technical Marketing Writer, I help organizations bridge the gap between their technical information and the needs of the end user by creating clear, concise and engaging documentation.
Designer and Marketing Consultant
KL Advertising Services
January 1989 – December 2008
I developed a home-based advertising service when desktop publishing was in its infancy. I created print materials, and radio and billboard campaigns for clients in a wide range of fields. I also helped companies utilize co-op funds to expand their reach with economy and efficiency. This client base stayed with me when I started “InfoProse” in December, 2008. My focus on helping clients achieve clear, concise and engaging documentation continued to meet their needs.
Contributing Writer
FAMILY Magazine of Michiana
October 2009 – February 2011
I contributed articles on the events, people and places that make Michiana a great place to live. I was selected to cover the stories that benefited from research and a unique insight to bring them to life.

Developed and maintained accounts for the agency. Communicated the needs and goals of the client to the creative staff at Pathfinders for the delivery of successful advertising and promotional materials.
